How's everyone else doing? We've had showers off and on for 2 days now, but it's been so light that there's hardly any puddles. To the west of us at Bashaw I hear there's water laying in the fields. I know Edmonton got alot more than we did. Crazy weather, makes you wonder if this is going to become the norm.

ain't much different down here seems like every second or third day we get something , looked at the fall forecast that the weather network put out they say that the fall is going to be normal ,I guess were just not accustom to this being normal

Raining right now. We have had rain every few days but it has only rained once on Wednesday night all summer. (Standing 6:15 Tee Off time)

Our first sunshiny day in over a week here yesterday. Got finished putting rye in the ground yesterday. showers last night when I went to Camrose.
A few more days of sun and we can probably cut our last 10 acres of hay...

Received a little over an inch in the last week......getting a little concerned with harvest. Going to crowd the show season. Time to wean but the pens are pretty muddy, but certainly like having the grass this year.

Hey-- you guys keep that all north of the 49th for a couple of weeks... We're still trying to dry out from the 2 inchs we got last week....
There is a lot of wheat and hay around here needs harvesting....

Our forecast for the next week is a chance of rain showers everyday until the weekend- when they say a cold front moving from Canada in midweek will bring rain that could turn to SNOW!!!!

Flocks of geese going over heading south this morning..... :(

We had 16 rain events in july, 14 in August and 8 in September. not a good start to harvesting grain for sure. we still have 400 ac of 2nd cut to put up yet, not fenced sao the cows vannot get to it if it keeps like this. definitely different than last year but is making for a lot of concern about cash flow from the grain side. does not matter if prices are god when its snowed under.

We had close to 3 inches last week. Grain farmers are hoping for some sun but that's not in the forecast. After 2002 I vowed I would never complain about to much rain...so I'll quit typing now.

Getting really tired of the rain, but the ground itself if you dig down a bit is bone dry. Haven't seen the sun for a long time except for a few hours on Sat. ,and it doesn't sound like we will see it any time soon again .

Been cloudy here up until the last few days but we only scrounged an inch out of it. But that was the biggest rain we've had this year. I've never seen it so dry. I sure would like to see a wet fall.
