I got home from the field tonight and my wife was digging 'spuds.
There was one tater that looked alot like "male reproductive organs"....as in a large long central shaft shaped component, with two smaller round appendages at one end.
I wanted to post a picture but between our slow dial up speed and my short attention span, it ain't happening.
Maybe I could take a picture with my cell-phone and send it to my buddy Alabama Mike and he could post it????
Anybody else harvesting some "risque" looking veggies this fall???
We had a beet a couple years ago that looked just like Oprah's a$$!!

Funny you should ask..... BUT....... even after my wife pickled it I could have sworn there was a faint taste of "back seat of a "network" limo.

Couple years ago we grew gourds we made snow people out of. In other words, the bottom was large and round with a thinner neck, going up to a head a little bigger than the neck. One grew along the fence, where the bottom sort of grew into the wire, so when I pulled it off the vine it looked like a well endowed male private parts :shock: :shock: :shock: I think I have a picture of it someplace.....will look and post it if I find it :shock: :shock:

please post only a small version.... some of us may suffer emotionaly to be out done but a vegetable. :cry2:
 
Yeah Tim, We had such a potaoto and I sat it in the window of my kitchen.... Was a great conversation piece.... And in time it shriveled up and sprouted..... Was quite amusing............ :D :D :D
 
Nope, never did grow any sculptured veggies, but when I was a kid (young teen, I'd say) there was an oak tree that grew just outside our fence, that looked just like a nekkid woman standing there. :shock: Sometimes it was kinda freaky at night, with a full moon behind it....... :?

Ah Jigs, your sense of humor reminds me of me. :lol:

I made that comment about every woman having a full moon to my wife once, and she replied, "Yep, just like every man has a falling star between his legs." :wink:

Weeellll, I looked around and I still have the gourd. Sooo, I took some pics of it and those of you who made comments on this thread will receive a PM with the pic of our gourd.

I really didn't think it appropriate to put it on worldwide, but would like to get all of you guys' opinions :lol:

I'm guessing that "Gord's" last name isn't Epstein or Goldberg!! :wink:
