I figured if she did it herself there would be no room to criticize, and she was happy to take a little direction and strike out on her own. Kind of win win for me
She did awful good I think, and she enjoyed herself immensely.

We'll put a fence in there as soon as I summon the energy. Mrs. wants to keep a few of her favorite horses nearby, and the other little pasture below doesn't hold them long enough.
I believe now I should be able to turn her loose on some grown in fence lines now that she's officially a 'skinner' :D

My daughter wanted to clear about 5 acres west of the house when she was about 12 - - - -sat in front of me for a couple of hours till I allowed her to work on her own - - - -I kept her off the steep parts and she did a great job. Now she runs about anything - - - not enough experence on an excavator but loaders, dozers, bobcats, roadgraders - - - She still feels intimidated by the dump trucks and semis

Nice looking little house on the prairie Silver. Not really prairie, but whatever. Wish I had a dozer around here right now. Need to clean up the banks of a dugout and fix a damn that washed out at one of our springs. Guys around here are bloody expensive with all the oil activity in the area.
