National High School Finals

[Northern Rancher]

Just checking final results and our good buddy Tyson Willick finished second overall in steer wrestling-CONGRATS. Alot of Canadian kids did great but everyone who even gets there worked hard at it. Here's the results link.

We had two local boys up there. One was in the cutting Kyle Farris, Midway, Texas and the other boy was in the bareback Taylor Price Huntsville Texas. Great Job guys

I was hoping some folks from Ranchers would have kids in it. I live right outside of town and would liked to have met some of ya'll. We went a couple of days and also went to the tradeshow a couple of times. It is a good time and the kids we met were really something. Their parents should be proud. Not only for their acheivements, but as a whole, the kids we met were very polite and well mannered. Congratulations to all who made it to the finals. You don't get there by laziness and slacking off.

Just one year too late for us-Farmington was good but I'd of liked to go to Gillette.

Do you know the Larson boys? Trying to talk Orin into grabbing his permit and travelling with Ty next year-he's headed to Southern Idaho State this fall I think.

Don't know them. They're about a hundred miles from here. They sure did well though!

They're great kids and good cowboys-Orin's Dad always helped Ty at finals.
