Always thought the sisel twine we used to use was the easiest.... By the time you feed the bales it was half rotten out so when you put the bale down to role it all you had to do was ge the forks underneath it and flip it forward...
The only reaosn we use Netwrap is for stalks as it holds them together better.. The sales guy at the baler shop, and I don't quite believe him btw, said that the cost of netwrap, with it being a faster process, ends up paying for itself in the time you spend baling... That being said, I think they were saying 140 bales a role of 180 dollar wrap for our Vermeer if you were doing hay, 2 wraps. 3 wraps, obviously you got less.
