Well the place next to us sold the other day and the guy that bought it is going to raise Crawfish :???: on 200 ac of it and yearlings on the rest. At first I was like ok, but after thinking about it why not. He has some low ground area that I think would be prefect for it I guess. This is going to be something I will watch closely. He seem like he has a pretty good plan on what he going to do.

The one thing I told him he better fence it off good, because between me and the wild hogs will raid him cold. Now if they just sold beer in this county life would be good. :-)

The only thing I like about Crawfish is the tails, I just can't suck the heads.

I haven't eaten crawfish for a couple of years now. If I can make back to S. Louisiana soon that's the first thing I'm going to hammer......that and seafood gumbo at Don's Seafood Hut in Lafayette. :D
