Now that is a pot. :shock: We could mix feed or blend fertilizer in that. :-) Not to get personal but is yours that big? :???: (OK I know you said 45 gal)

No thats probably a 70 gallon. I think they had enough jambalaya for 800 people. Ive only cooked for around 300 people at some of my old fraternity events in college. Jambalaya isnt hard to cook, just takes time.

here yall go. I had to create a photobucket to get this. this is my 45 gallon, we use a butane burner, and an aluminum or wooden paddle to make jambalaya

Seen the same up here used for cooking "pitchfork fondue" steaks...
 
Thanks for the photo's. Interesting what happens in different parts of the world. You would be more likely to an interesting BBQ like Soaps welder son has created here.
 
Newbie here to. this looks like a really neat website and looks like a lot of real nice folks. Me and my fiance live in the sandhills of Nebraska where he is a ranch hand. I help when I can. I love to be out and about on the ranch. Be fun to visit with y'all:)
 
Welcome, Nebraska seems to be the centre of this forum. Most of us have a soft spot for those sandy hills.

Boy if she is my wife and her will keep this board burning about the BIG N.

That is one big pot. :shock: I can see it full of chile this winter. :) :D
