I believe I saw a television special on the ninth circuit and how the administration is trying to break it up because it is too liberal. I'm pretty liberal myself so I'm not maligning this court, just musing that this may be the very same court targeted by the administration. Did anyone else hear about this?

They usually call them the Ninth Circus Court

That is the court- Senator Burns has been trying to split the court for years and get Montana out of it, but still hasn't got it done.... They are not only the most liberal, but also the most overturned court.....They do a lot of legislating from the bench-- Many of their rulings end up in the Supreme Court and they have a lot overturned....They are a very proactive court and very unpredictable......
