Anyone going? PPRM? We might make it for a day, some friends want us to go. FH and the mr are going.

I am not going this yr. I took 2 teams in the parade for 12 yr or so.

Weather should be nice n hot. Our Indian summers are lasting til Nov these days.

It is HOT. Was 93 when we checked into the hotel in Hermiston. I can stand it, but Mr. FH, he just can't. He really suffers. I think it is to cool off at night quite a bit, so I hope that will hold til afternoon.

It seems like it was dry all the way from Miles City to Hermiston. Since we
have never been here before, we don't know if the countryside looks 'normal' (if there is such a thing), or not.

Looking forward to meeting PPRM and Nicky and Mike while we are here.

He's a stock contractor (Rafter B bucking Bull's) along with owning a trucking company there. just heard tonite that his son is getting married. Our daughter is getting married this weekend. just a whole bunch of coincidences all in one night.

Just put your trip off for a couple of weeks, we should ALL be home by then.

I'm all ready home.
Left Monday morning about 10 for Columbus Nebraska and back home tonight. 60 hours gone averaged 30 miles/hours for the time were were gone including 2 motels and a little sight seeing.
I think we saw all there is to see in Nebraska except the Spear head ranch.
:D

I did get escorted out of the Columbus Walmart when I asked if they had any Wildcat gear.
Treated Tam to a glass of warm ice water at Wall drug and supper at the only restaurant open in Medora.

All and all a pretty fine vacation. :D :D
