Wow, those are some terrific photos.
So what kind of camera do you have now?

Its a Nikon Coolpix L120. I really don't like the camera. It takes very few good pictures. Definately no where near the camera my Canon was.

You know the photographer is always the worst critic of their photos.
You have some great ones.
I read on one of the photography forums that changing from one brand to another takes time....some never get over and go back to the first brand.
Have fun and keep shooting

JB, the ones you sorted out to post are just fine.

Thanks.

Now the rest of the story. What were ya doing at YVR? :D

The ones I posted are pretty much the only ones that turned out so so.

I just went to Vancouver with a friend that had an appointment with a specialist there. Got to have a nice visit with my niece though and got to see one of my sisters. She came over from Washington.

The only reason I can think of to go to YVR is to catch a ride to YYC. 8)

That would have been a great idea, but I ended up back at YYD. :)

somebody watches too much Corner Gas

Well those pictures are just beautiful! So it must just be the photographer if the cameras aren't any good :D You should be makeing calendars.

The bad pictures far outweigh any good ones that come from this camera. :( . My old Canon never had that problem, it took good pictures most of the time and when it didn't, it was pilot error.

Should make a Ranchers.net calendar made up of everyone's pictures. :)

The pictures are great again, the droplet on the pine needles - wow!

oh and yeah - guess what I've spent too many late nights at -
