plastic all over the road

Brand inspector called asked me to go look at a horse that was hit and killed on the road a mile or so from my house. It was still next to our place a snow plow had pushed it across the road. I couldn't see a brand. The neighbors has a about 20 mares and then a dude outfit feeds about 300 rental-pack trip, hunting horses. Track in the snow in their driveway. Was a wet snowy storm yesterday but cleared up last night and below zero this morning, guess the wreck was around 4 so dark and foggy. Still open range state so who ever hit the horse their insurance will pay for it.
The brand inspector was on his way, called and told him it wasn't any of mine.

Guess there was a nice big grey colt also got its lip cut off. The gal that hit them, didn't call the highway patrol, she drove another 10 miles to work with out a windshield in below zero weather. They belong to the neighbor wasn't the dude horses.
