Our local land owners group are dealing with a new power line to the area. We are looking for sales of land with power lines that sold at a discount due to the encumberence. I would appreciate any Canucks that could provide me with some info.
. I'd get the neighbors on the same page and market that corridor to them, they'd pay for that convenience I'd think... get payments yearly based on a minimum amount, or off mw's that travel across property (they can meter it I would think), whichever amount is higher on any given year... Remember they're in it to make a profit, you should too :wink:
