A cousin was riding a colt over at one of the arenas at the fair grounds Monday night. So other horses were coming into the arena and she was trying to get out of the way. She got bucked off and kicked in the head. They helicopter her to Idaho Falls, she still in a comma, it split her head open.
Her husband works for BP, they have lived in Louisiana, Texas, and Wyoming, the Netherlands, Iceland and Scotland. They are back in Texas now and she is up here for the summer, her Husband had left the day before and turned around and has flew back.
Her oldest son cowboy in Montana, and buckaroo in Nevada, went to Texas when his folks got back to the states and he had a riding job on a ranch there. He had a horse come over on him and break his hip and leg up bad. He healing up and going to college now.
Her brother got bucked off on a oiled road about 8 years ago, he had blood coming out his eyes and ears, happened right next to an EMT home, she probably the reason he alive today, he doing ok, has a few problems.
