Tom Vilsack together with Ken Salazar appoints 18 members to the new "Wildlife and Hunting Heritage Conservation Council" but not one member from the agriculture sector. Read his quote about wildlife habitat and water resources. These words are a cover for taking of private rights including water rights. The one member from the Nature Convervancy stands right out.
