Man.....some of you just amaze me, a fella states his opinion about somethin, in all honesty. And you immediately make a big deal out of it and accuse him of stirrin the pot.
Jersey, it wasn't the opinion that appears to have bothered most people, but the way he put it. "I hope you're not too proud of that bull" I believe are the words, as though it was some scruffy looking piece of junk. Where I come from, the way he put it would be an insult. Perhaps maybe we're just better mannered up here than Haymaker is?
Perhaps SSAPs bull wouldn't work in South Texas scrub, sage, and cactus, but its still certainly a bull to be proud of, and would work in any herd in the Northern US and Canada. Those long legged, pencil gutted animals that Haymaker posted wouldn't work up here. They'd freeze to death in the first winter, and all that space under their bellies isn't worth many dollars when they go to market.
BTW, Haymaker, I've been to a few US honky tonks. You guys got nothin' that remotely compares to the Zoo in La Ronge. You'd best start workin' out or somethin'....
