Freeloaders at the feedbunk. :roll: This stackyard is too tired to repair and will be changed to 6 logs high by next fall.

C'mon gang, I think we're tresspassing.

Don't go too far, he'll be gone in a couple hours.

i was just talking to my dad on the phone bitching about the deer and my hay stacks the same time i clicked on your post. i told him, "nevermind, gcreek has it worse"(dad follows ranchers, so he knew who i was talking about). maybe a few deer aren't so bad after all :???: :wink: your pictures make it look like its winter up there... :wink:

At the right time of the year they are as good as good beef. :wink: No need for seasoning to kill the game taste.
Old bulls in early Oct are a little different story. :shock:

I have always heard that elk was about as good as beef but I have never heard anything much about moose. A lot probably depends on the preparation.
