We just rented and watched "the Story of the Weeping Camel" which was a documentary about a Mongolian family living in the Gobi Desert raising
camels, sheep and goats. Anyone who enjoys riding horses would probably get a charge out of seeing how they handle and ride their camels. If you haven't seen it, we recommend it. It was so well filmed, so scenic and followed the family through birthing camels, little kids being raised
lovingly in the desert, showed the inside of their tent/ house, how they ate, slept, played and the plight of a baby camel rejected
by its mother until they dreamed up a cure. It was an eye opener about how camels react. We watched the whole thing without subtitles which in a way made it more enjoyable guessing what was happening. Then later we watched part with English subtitles.
