Many people in Montana know Tom Lane as he was one of the
most active cattle buyers in the state. We just received word that
he passed away this afternoon. He was returning from Harlowtown
and they figured he had a heart attack and wrecked his outfit.
Tom was 82 and a self-made man. He will be missed.
