Wonder if U.S. cattlemen can file a class action suit against R-Calf and it's members when it comes to light how much their fear mongering and lieing have cost the American cattle industry. Can't wait to watch Leo and his cronies jump off the ship like the rats they are.

I wonder if they would have a case if they could get a sign statement from Japan authorities saying Japan never opened the border because of the fear the R-CALF court case and the Senators vote that R-CALF pleaded for caused in Japan. What would those damages cost R-CALF?

You just wait til we get our slander/libel suit in place. Collection of money's are going well. They are looking for 13,000 Canadian producers at $20 each. They figure the border closing is costing $7 million a day and we'll see how long the boys down there can stand up when that judgement comes against them. From what I understand they have quite a list of falsehoods that R-CALF is trying to put forward as fact. They had to wait for the border closure to take affect after the March 7th date so they could prove damages. I've got a contact and I'll try calling him tonight to get more info. Apparentlt there are a few guys out there collecting cheques and they will forward them to 'Fair Market Beef'.
