Wake Up Early Tomorrow

Well I didn't bother to get up and see it or do any Pagan dances-- and am kind of glad I didn't-- as according to the weatherfolks it wasn't visible in our area:

"AND CLOUDS OFF FORT PECK LAKE OBSCURED THE LUNAR
ECLIPSE AT TOTALITY FOR VIEWERS IN GLASGOW."

While I spent a foggy morning feeding my cows and the bunch down the road I'm feeding (and having coffee with a neighbor)- the son fired up the loader tractor and plowed out the yard and stacks...

My only question is-- if we are now officially in winter, what will that bring since the last month of fall has already brought us 3 feet of snow :???:   :P

Sure glad I put a new starter on the Loader Tractor-- used to be it wouldn't want to start at 20 above- even when plugged in--- now pops off at the first spin even at 20 below...

Sun is shining now- but the temp is hanging around 0 but the wind is picking up (around 15-20 mph now) and we must have a windchill of about minus 25-30...

You remind me of my Texas sister that calls me and tells me of her sitting on her porch- drinking a toddy- watching the peach trees bloom- while the snowballs fly around my rear end up here ... :P

Well, if it's any consolation to you, me and your sister probably won't be laughing for long. We've got some brutal winter weather coming in this weekend with highs only in the 40's.

Well, I got up and had a look. It was an unusual sight for sure. Next time this happens on the solstice I'll take a picture.
