Out of necessity, a friend and I decided to start a fermentation process on Saturday:
1- Watermelon meat is carefully placed into a sterilized container:
2-After measuring the exact amount of Sodium Bisulfite and sugar, the primary fermentation container is appropriately placed in front of the bar for the next step of adding the yeast 30 hours later. It's much too hot outside for the yeast to perform properly:
