We were talking about this on another board and so I brought it over here.

For me "don't take the girl" and "Ave Maria" do me in every time. It is darn near impossible to make me cry but for some reason music can really do it to me. There is a Dolly Parton duet that does me it as well but I can't remember the name :)

an i'm cryin for you dear....LOL Hey it's a good day to be up to trouble with all this snow we are bound to get into things :) We just can't help it!

It pretty rare that we get it here I'm sure it will be gone by morning if the temperatures keep going up. But it's fun to play in this morning!

only song that makes me cry is the damned Husker fight song !!!

if I had a theme song it would be that new Jack Ingram song "love you"

Jigs, I would of guessed you as a Up Aginst The Wall Redneck Mother.. Theme song...... Course I don't know if that would make ya cry or not........

I googled that...very close to describing me! there were a few things wrong.
I was born in Nubraskee, wife is Angie, I am 35, and it is no honky tonk....I drink at the best little mudhole in Kansas...Pinky's Bar & Grill, it is Budweiser, Jack Daniels, and Ford...not Falstaff, Wild Turkey and GMC, and I gotta admit, I am interested in the goat roper sticker!!!

and I do enjoy kicking hippie ash!!

The only one that always gets to me is an oldie by Holly Dunn...........Daddy's Hands. Kicks me in the tear basket every darn time.......

Others will make me cry if I'm in the right (wrong?) frame of mind.......but that's so seldom that I can't even think of one right now.....

Jigs, that sounds like a good theme song for ya! I like that one, too, though I had to hear it a few times to realize what he was really saying......... No one ever accused me of bein overly intellegent, though......

Gosh, I heard one today while I was stalk baling that chocked me up a bit... Thing is, it was a song that I kind of thought was god awful to be honest but I didn't change the station (I guess I was to busy doing something to reach the 2 feet and switch stations).. Can't remember it but maybe I will later..

There are a lot of songs that might choke me up and maybe one or two that might bring a litle moisure to the eye but none that I can think the title of.. (The stinking ones about Fathers and daughters are starting to get me now though with my little girl getting bigger every day).

Lots of songs by Alabama get to me...first one that comes to mind is..."God must of spent a little more time on you"...It's just a sweet song..for sweet tears..

The National Anthem after we win the gold in hockey at the Olympics or the World Jr's-that's about it. If I heard some of the songs my late mother used to sing to me when I was little I might tear up though.

"Sarabeth" by Rascal Flatts
"Don't take the girl" by Tim McGraw
"Don't Cry Daddy" by Elvis
"He's an angel with no halo"....can't remember the man who sings it
"That's my Job" by Conway Twitty
"What do you say?" by Reba
"Concrete Angel" and "God's Will" by Martina McBride
"I'll wait for you" by Joe Nichols
"My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw
"When I get where I'm going" by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton
"He didn't have to be" by Brad Paisley
