What is your favorite coyote round?

What is your favorite coyote gun/round?

I like the 17hmr for close range and 308 for 500 yards plus

My wife took out 3 in a hay field full of round bales with her 22-250, 55gr I believe, while I was playing in the sand over in Iraq.
I've been wanting to try some night hunting, will likely use my AR-15, .223 55gr Nosler Ballistic Tips.

I use a 222 out the back door and I carry 223 in the truck or tractor cause it is short and a single shot.I like my shots under a 100 yards cause i just don't shoot that good. :?

I love our little 17HMR for shooting beaver and for headshots out to a 100 yards-in all our other guns we just shoot factory ammo-it seems to kill them prettyy dead at the ranges I can hit them at. Those yotes are tough little buggers I'll give them that.

Winchester mountain rifle in .223 super short. Deadly to 400 yards. When i go calling yoyes alone I put it on my shootin' sticks and have the 835 ulti-mag Mossberg 12 gauge acroos my knees for any really close shots. I've called in dogs to under ten yards before and the ol' mossberg closes the deal. :wink:
