Enjoy it while you can. A weather forecaster I follow figures February will be colder and stormy.
He was right prediciting the January thaw so he sure could be right about this.

Snowing again today. Snotel sight has us over 315% of snow/water equivalent. More than six feet on the mountain. Hard to believe after the dry winters we’ve been having for so long. 🙏🙏🙏

50s degrees, muddy where there no snow, but lot of snow to fee on. pudles of water , and that what the cows want to drink.

I got to look at my bare fields for a couple of days. The first time not looking white for the last two months. Then we got another 2 inches or so of snow last night. The forecast doesn't have moisture in it but it also stays below freezing so this 2 inches might stay around.

Got up this morning to four more inches here at the house. Little breezy as well

Boy, 'H, you are really getting winter.
It's 28 here with a high of 37 today. Then we might get a bit of snow on Sunday.
It looks like we are headed for a cooling trend.

At 3:30 this afternoon it was 18 clear blue skies with a brisk wind out of the NNE. This morning at church in Baker it was 14 the weather said wind at 27 with gusts to 36. Going to church cloths aren't as thick as chore cloths. It felt like that wind was blowing a hole right through a person just walking to and from the car.

Minus 20 right now with a 4 mph wind. Gonna warm up starting Tuesday.

-4 here. Snowed and blew in the night as front approached and then passed. Drifted in pretty good. Going out to start digging out now

Clear and cold with a not so nice breeze. The various weather stations on the computer say between -2 and 2 degrees. The thermometer on the deck says that it is 6 here in the banana belt. After we got done feeding the dogs were all about following me into the laundry room.

3 AM low was -31, at 9 we are -21 light wind so wind chill 40, silks, then wool then regular clothes, oh sweater under coat.

-7 here tonight. Clear as a bell. Fixin to be a cold night
