Just curious what are your three favorite steaks?

I would have to say tenderloin, ribeye and flat iron (or one that someone else buys me)

Tough choice though I think I'd have to go with T bone. I like the contrasting texture and tastes of the meats.

Me too garn. Heck I like all the other cuts on a Bovine and am not opposed to using leather products either.

Rib steak with lots of marbling. Then t-bone, and call me crazy but a chuck steak has some pretty great flavour and I quite enjoy it of the bbq.

Mine is fillet mignon, Mr. FH prefers Ribeye, always.

Tenderloin/rib eye are equally loved here, just make sure they are rare/medium rare. No sauce, just some fresh ground pepper and a dash of sea salt. Then sirloin and I agree with chuck/blade steak being pretty darn good as well. That is my Dad's favorite cut ,it is meaty, the bone adds flavor and there is fat on it ..

But heck ,any cut if beef is usually yummy ..

The tri tip is a phenomenal cut to use as beef on a bun .. Delicious ...
