WHERE IS IT??????????

R CALF ,has made the canadian cattle man aware of the serious BSE problem in canada.
R CALF has provided the canadian cattle man incentive to develope markets
R CALF has has repeatedly reminded the canadian cattle man his testing was inadequate
R CALF has given the canadian cattle man purpose to develope slaughter capacity
and all at no cost to the producer

How about the serious BSE problem in Texas. One cow that tested positive for BSE and another with all signs of BSE that was passed against USDA protocol and that's just the two that made it into the media. There could be countless others out there. Who knows how many have been covered up, buried, and missed using the IHC test instead of the Western Blot test.

We actually had developed a really good market shipping our cattle to the US. It took years of development and we were confident enough in it to let the US slaughter our cattle for us which helped their economy, so I don't know how R-CALF has helped in that way.

Our testing has always been one step ahead of the US particularly in the past 26 months.

We had all the slaughter capacity we needed until the US cattle buyers including some prominent R-CALF members came north and started paying top dollar for our superior Canadian beef cattle and out competed the local plants. So any help they've given us on that was accidental. Better get back out to your disease ridden Texas cows and think up something else to help us out.

R-Calf does NOT have a corner on the market for trying to give BEEF a BAD NAME! A lot of organizations and individuals are trying also!! Let us not forget the AD Agency NCBA used prior to 1990..... If they want to give a trophy for this one....they need to get a lot of them!!

Haymakers answers to what has r-calf worked for on my (Canadian producer) behalf?

Haymaker, if you truely belief what you wrote above, there is nothing I or anyone can say to make you believe otherwise.

With your line of reasoning, I can conclude that if a group of people from another area, torched your place and your town because you were competition and "diseased" - that you would believe they were working on your behalf and give them credit while you rebuild the structures and businesses.

I am Hurt now :cry2: I thought Haymaker only Pm'd me with the little toten of affection   Now I see he has been two timing me with S.S.A.P. who else do you sweet talk through PM's Haymaker? I see you PM'd Northern Rancher too did you send him a little red heart  The only answer is every man woman and child he has PM'd with his little red heart after insulting them on the public forum gets together and drinks good old Canadian sipping whiskey and the last one standing gets to go to Texas and kick his skinny little butt for two or three or four timer her/him and of course the insult that lead to his PM to begin with. :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

[This dont sound like diminished demand to me]................good luck

OK Haymaker the only point you are making here is that we were wrong I admit it, R-CALF is the pathetic little thorn in the side organization that some thought they were and they really don't have the ear of the average consumer like we feared they did. All I can say is THANK GOD As if they had had as much power as you claimed and we feared the North American Beef industry would be destroyed by now. Party tonight Haymaker the Canadians were wrong about how much people actually listen to R-CALF and their fear mongering statements.
