Woke up to wind driven snow out of the north this morning. Noaa weather on the internet, said we were only going to get a trace but I'll bet there was at least a couple inches. Kind of caught me by surprize. Went out and looked around and the cows are in behind trees, chewing their cud and the steers up the crick, were in two bunches, grazing green grass and old grass thru' the snow. Didn't seem to be bothering them too much. One looked at me and I swore he said, "Hey dude! Nice day, ain't it!" These Iowa steers seen a lot of wet and mud this past winter, so this little dab ain't bothering them too much.
But the two truckers that loaded and left Iowa with their loads this morning, headed this way, are sure going to be disgusted, when they head into this stuff. Hope they get here alright! :?
Hey, it's moisture, I'll take it.
