Here's one for ya'll.
Last april I was in an accident. My back and neck are not right because of the accident and nothing short of surgery will fix it now (according to my doc).
I'm tired of hurting when I wake up and I'm tired of hurting when I go to bed.
I'm told I have a high tolerance for pain and I hate pain meds. I have recently turned to the pain meds because of the soreness and sharp pain in my shoulders and neck. I can't sleep.
I don't know if it is the colder weather, the acres I walk while hunting and checking cows or what it is. I'm really sore after a workout now. I've been lifting and working my back and shoulders, nothing different than before. I have not added any weight or reps but I'm almost too sore to move now. It was torture to lift today and normally I really enjoy it.
Wondering if I should take a day and not workout or just lower the reps and weight. Any suggestions?
