Wow! Patent application Proves Mark Purdey is right!

Help Support Ranchers.net:

Lots of flocks of birds heading North from Florida and that will be the same for me TOO! Farm manager says the snow banks have settled 2 feet this last week in northern Michigan.By the way the Japanese are getting a BSe blood test to work on the Ranch for any age cattle.

Hey Porker,

How about letting me in on where you are sourcing your information. I don't have time to play at my computer and it is all quite interesting!!

By the way, how'd you get your hands on Purdey's (blanket) email, which you posted? Just curious.

Sianara (sp?)

Why did Britian, in particular, have such large numbers of animals striken with BSE?? Was it because they used Phosmet (as a warblecide) at 30 times the level used in the Americas??

Kathy,
'I'm putting my money on this theory!
Good Post! :D

The University of Auburn in Alabama has formed/joined forces with business to help to get their patented ideas out there, and in actual use in the medical/corporate work-place.

This new venture is called: Aetos Technologies Inc.

Auburn University on Oct. 14 signed a licensing agreement formally launching its first commercial development venture under a new technology transfer model.
Aetos Technologies Inc. (Aetos is the Greek word for "eagle"), an Alabama-based firm, joins with Auburn to commercialize and market a set of technologies developed by a team of researchers under the direction of Dr. Vitaly Vodyanoy in AU's College of Veterinary Medicine. The first technology to be marketed under the agreement is an ultra high-resolution, dark field optical microscope that enables the observation of living cells in extremely fine detail and in real time.
"We believe that Dr. Vodyanoy's microscope has the potential to revolutionize the dark field optical microscope market and will be the basis of a highly profitable company," says Chuck Ludwig, Aetos Technologies president and chief executive officer. "Moreover, we believe that this new business model – closely conjoining the university and a commercial venture – has the potential to significantly improve the way university technology transfer can be achieved and greatly enhance the value of its intellectual properties to the university."...

"That is a very attractive price, as competitive real-time high resolution technologies that really do not offer the resolution obtainable with the Cyto VivaTM 150 come with a price tag in the neighborhood of $150,000," says Barbara Foster, a nationally recognized microscopy expert and marketing consultant working with Aetos.
Foster explains that in rating microscope resolution quality, the smaller the number the better.
"The best presently available research microscope on the market provides a resolution limit of about 225-250 nanometers," Foster says. "The Aetos microscope provides a sample resolution less than 150 nanometers, but more importantly, the samples can be viewed as actual living specimens – a feature not possible with conventional microscopes."

It sounds to me, like alot of people have great faith in Dr. Vodyanoy's new technology and ideas. His test for "proteon nucleation centers" (PNC) - which are "compromising a metal cluster", seems to have the backing of some very heavy hitters. Good for him.

I wonder if the Greek reference to "Eagle" is referring to the fact that the Pentagon is helping to fund Auburn University projects?

Keep spreading the good news, Mr Purdey's hypothesis is supported by this patent application, no if ands or buts!!

Kathy:"I wonder if the Greek reference to "Eagle" is referring to the fact that the Pentagon is helping to fund Auburn University projects? "

The Auburn University battle cry is "War Eagle" and the mascot is an eagle. Kinda confusing but the Football team are the Auburn "Tigers".
The "Eagle" flies around the stadium before each game.

The term "War Eagle" came about shortly after the Civil war during a football game when an eagle flew over the field during a game.

I was at the Vet School last week and know many of the professors there. They are definitely "Cutting Edge".

Am going back next week to pick up a calf and ask about these new technologies.

Thanks Mike for the setting straight!

I'm glad I can converse with someone who is close to the school and knows its history.

Cutting edge technology, certainly takes quite a bit of time to get the go ahead. A picture on one of their webpages shows, red blood cells and a white blood cell, amongst them. The WBC has these spots illuminated on it. They said these spots were mercury clusters. This microscope attachment sounds like it could really revolutionize science.

I am amazed the Uni. can have a war eagle as its maskot. In Canada, that would be considered some sort of hate crime and promoting war.

Ask some questions while you're there about Pentagon funding; the Uni's webpage mentions they are funded by the Pentagon, but how do you find out what exact projects are the lucky recipients of the government cash?

Sure would like to know when this patent application is going to get approval, the Uni. stands to make alot of cash.

I will have one of my vet friends up there introduce me to one of these professors if you like, and convey any questions you might have. Just send me your inquiries. They are taking the cast off my calf on the 8th of April, and I will pick him up shortly after.

Your going to make me work on this, aren't you. Heck, we just started calving yesterday - have 3 babies, and 180 more to go.

I will do that, Mike. Certainly, I would like to see the scrapie prions being used for all these homogenate BSE experiments tested for metals. I can't imagine it hasn't been done yet. But as the pressures build, sooner or later the evidence will come out - one way or another. OF course, then it will have to be verified by others.

I sure appreciate your help. Will have to check out this sodium copper chlorophyllin posting by reader.

It makes sense that if metals are causing the disease, certain molecular compounds used for chelating metals, or molecules that preferentially bind before the metals can - will help to treat/prevent the disease.

Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Maybe a sliver.

First it ain't "The University of Auburn" It is "Auburn University" and we are the tigers and or the planesmen. War eagle is somthing we say to frinds to remind each other of our pride in the university. There is a bald eagle that flyes around the field before football games and her name is "Tiger."
I hope that makes it just a bit more clear.
and by the way it is prounounced allburn. not the was they say it on TV. they say Au-Burn.

WAR EAGLE
Alabama
Calss of 1990
Go Tigers.

I do stand corrected, "Auburn University".

Must say the USA is more of a football supporting community, then most of Canada (yes there are exceptions). I go to our high school games even though I don't have any kids playing. It is a great sport.

I absolutely love the marching bands. Does Auburn have one? I expect they do. Up here, we put "the university of"... in front of all the names of our Unversities. Just the way it is here.

I wish the Tigers good luck! Their school is definitely cutting edge, as Mike said. Dr. Vodyanoy has invented a very cool tool to use with microscopes (only costs $150,000). And his prion/proteon blood test could really help to unveil the truth behind prion diseases, and others.

Mike you had asked:

I apologize for not putting together a list of questions. I had to go to Calgary yesterday for my 6 month check-up at the Tom Baker Cancer Center. I have been well, and as far as they are concerned everything looks good. I had ovarian cancer 2.5 years ago.

We are calving and it is my responsibility to check/feed the cows (we still have all last years calves too); while my hubby is finishing our new house, which is already 2.5 years old. We started it just weeks before my cancer diagnosis. It is a saga with as much frustration in it, as this BSE fiasco. We hope to move in within the month. Definitely will be in by May 8, our son's 14th birthday (come hell or high water!).

Let me know what you found out at the University about this BSE blood patent application and anything else you learned there. I am very interested. Hope we can talk about it soon.

I found this and found it helps explain a little about crystall formation, and messing with experiments, instead of allowing formation to happen naturally. Note the last sentence about TSE strains!

Taken from "Prion replication and secondary nucleation" by Leslie E. Orgel, The Salk Institute of Biological Studies, PO. Box 85800, San Diego, CA 92186-5800, USA. Chemistry and Biology June 1996, 3:413-414.

The phenomenon of secondary nucleation is illustrated in
a striking fashion by a supersaturated aqueous solution of
an inorganic salt, sodium chlorate [7]. If the solution is
allowed to stand undisturbed in a beaker it deposits a
mixture of enantiomorphic D and L crystals in roughly
equal number. However, if the solution is stirred vigorously
while it is crystallizing, all of the crystals formed in
any one experiment have the same handedness, and they
are equally likely to be all-L or all-D isomers. Vigorous stirring
presumably fragments the first primary nucleus
formed. The secondary nuclei produced in this way grow
and are, in turn, fragmented. Before a second primary
nucleus has time to form, the beaker fills with crystals
'cloned' from the first nucleus. Since D-nuclei and
L-nuclei 'breed true', one might have been inclined to call
the D and L enantiomorphs 'strains' if they were not
simple inorganic structures.

Kathy - we could sure use your help on Agriville. We have the Lawyer hooked in from the suit against the government.

Take a look. I think they are going to cook their goose before they make it to the goose house.

Tonight I watched an interesting program about vaccines and how they have made our children sicker, not healthier. It states that in Australia, 40% of the population use homeopathic medication as a base for their health care. The costs for this 40% of the populations total health care was 1 billion dollars.

The other 60% of the Australian population uses conventional medicine (drugs) as their base for health care. Their total health care costs were 22 billion.

The program also stated that over the years the number of infections a child had over a one year time frame, which would trigger notification for further analysis/review of that childs health status, has gone from 6 infections, to 12 infections and is now 24 infections/year (program was filmed in Australia in 1998).

How have vaccines made us healthier? Are not these two statistics evidence that our society is sicker than ever?

Much of the information I heard rang true for BSE. These doctors on this program really talked sensibly about the bad effects of injecting foreign animal proteins, metals and/or chemicals directly into our bloodstream/muscles. One even mentioned how our food is broken down into its various amino acid parts before it is digested into our systems. This made me think of the indestructible prion that supposedly causes BSE. How does this whole protein make it from the stomach to the brain?

One USA doctor spoke about former President Ford's plan to vaccinate everyone in America against the Swine Flu. People started dropping like flies (dead and sick) - from the vaccine that is, not the flu. Kinda makes you wonder about the fear mongering taking place about Avian Flu.

If we do not learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it!

I am in shock and disbelief! The Unites States Patent and Trademark Office has changed the web-link address of the patent which proves Mark Purdey's theories.
This morning I hit the link I had given in my "Wow Patent Application Proves Mark Purdey is Right" posting and it went to a different patent application of Dr. Vodyanoy of Auburn University, Alabama.

How can this have happened, and more importantly WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

Today's link for patent application #20040137523, July 15, 2004 is below:

Method of isolation and self-assembly of small protein particles from blood and other biological materials.

http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220040137523%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20040137523&RS=DN/20040137523

"ABSTRACT: Compositions and methods for the isolation and manipulation of misfolded, or partially misfolded, proteins present in blood and other biological materials are provided. In one aspect of the invention, the compositions, hereinafter termed "proteons" are comprised of misfolded proteins. Also provided are compositions and methods for the isolation and manipulation of proteon nucleation centerc (PNCs) upon which the proteons of the present in blood and other biological materials form. In another aspect of the invention, the PNCs are comprised of metallic nanoclusters."
Inventors: Vodyanoy, Vitaly J; Samoylov, Alexandre M.; Pustovyy, Oleg M – all of Auburn University, Alabama.

I have noticed that this rancher.net posting was getting a lot of attention, especially since Mark Purdey emailed his entire email address book this information. It is very popular as is evident by the flashing icon. It appears on the 3rd page of web links when you search out Mark Purdey's name. This is page 3 of over 4000 links.

I can verify on my computer, from past emails sent to various people, that I had the correct address originally. Mike's friend looked it up and commented on it – which Mike posted.

This explains why a friend had left a message asking me "how this patent proved Mark's theory"? He was looking at the wrong patent! I haven't been able to talk to him; so I never made this discovery until this morning. I am furious. What the h*** is going on here people?

Reader (the second) said this patent didn't prove his theory and that Mark's science was silly. I can only assume by the manipulation of this link / web address for the Proteon with Proteon Nucleation Centers consisting of metal clusters patent, that we have discovered the truth; and now, there are people who want this kept quiet.

I now leave it to all of you that are convinced, as I am, to get this message out to everyone you know and the media.

Shame on whoever has done this. Clearly your motives are vicious, and you have no compassion for those afflicted by these horrible diseases within the spongiform disease family. Nor do you car about the thousands of families devastated by the BSE crises that is crumbling the agriculture community.

Please, everyone, help me to disclose this atrocity. Your support is most needed.

Thank you,

Kathy Czar

Reader,

The link that is on page one of this message, lead directly to:

"Methods of isolation and self-assembly of small protein particles from blood and other biological materials" US patent application 20040137523

- at the time I posted it.

NOW,

it goes directly to:

"Methods of forming monolayers of phage-derived products and uses thereof"

- Both by Dr. Vitaly J. Vodyanoy, et al. of Auburn University.

This miraculous switch has taken place after the accidental discovery of the patent, by myself; and, after Mark Purdey put this information out to all his contacts and on his www.purdeyenvironment.com webpage. As well as others, like Innovation Alberta putting it on their web page.

I'm sure there could be a reason for this; billions of reasons actually.

Your smug attitude and condescension, holds little weight here. Especially from one who refuses to identify herself to the board.

Your a computer expert, so you say. I'm sure you make mistakes just like all of us can. In this situation, however, what has happened is a switch. I'll have to contact the Patent office, myself, to find out why.

Since you would rather throw mud, I'll just have to ignore your comments, and ask you refrain from defaming myself and the information I post.

If you wish to debate the issues, you should put your name and position behind your arguements, then someone might take you seriously.

Well all I know is, how I found the patent is my business. But I never saw the list you have given above. I'll have to inquire into the other works of Vitaly Vodyanoy.

I don't think it is paranoid to say that a switch was made to hide the patent that helps prove Mark Purdey's theory about ferrimagnetic proteins.

Your post did help me to find the search engine on the Patent Office's site though. Thanks.
