I was wondering what your guy's operations are like, I will explain are operation first.
We have around 70 commercial black angus cows and start to calve around march 5th, and end around april 25th, calves get banded and vaccinated in may and go out to pastures which we put 1 pair for every 8 acres, and turn bulls out in june. We put up alfalfa, slough, grass, and hay barley hay for winter feed. We wean calves in November, and sell them off the cow. Then turn cows out to winter pasture till late december, then they come home till may.
