I guess i look at things a little different. WE ALL COMPETE WITH EACH OTHER! Does that mean we hope other producers go under to pad our wallets? Does that mean we wish our nieghbors ill so our calf check is higher? Living in Utah, i have watched as plane load (Jumbojet) after plane load of humanitarian supplies went to hurricane victims, tsunami survivors, earthquake and fire and drought and ect. ect. ect., loaded with welfare supplies. All agriculture gets subsidies! If the folks in the LDS church wanta raise cattle, good for them. If the Catholics or Lutherans or 7th day adventists want to, good for them. If they catch some tax breaks, good for them. It aint like folks in Ag don't get them either. Off road diesel!! Hello!!!! Sorry i mentioned who i was helping. But if you folks living in glass houses wanta throw rocks i think your a tad silly! Forget i posted the stupid pictures. Didnt realize how contriversal some dudes herding cows would be!
Great pictures....
Gotta remember ranchers is like one big pool party... Laughing having fun, good times for all till the neighboor hood brat shows up and poops in the pool.... Kinda hard getting back to that fun....
Who pooped in the pool? I think a difference of opinions is interesting. This was all done politely. If you just want benign conversation try the coffee shop. I posted pictures the other day of the ethanol plant that I've been hauling from. Nobody complained about the ethanol mandate, nobody commented on the price of corn, no discussion on feeding ddg, or the prices around the country, or the loading techniques.....no conflict or discussion, how boring. I'm not ranting, I just think it's interesting when others take an offshoot of a subject and give us their opinion.......but then I like pictures of machinery, too, as well as reading about and seeing pictures of the uncommon, so what do I know.
