Good Sunday Mornin'

Well, we just returned from a family reunion in Canon City, and came home over the Shelf Road to Cripple Creek, then back down the Gold Camp Road and back out to the flat land we call home. The colors in the Quakie trees are the best I've seen them in some years. Last year we got a hard freeze followed by a few days of hard wind, and that took care of that. Found a penny on the ground, and was pleased. That penny is one cent, and seems worth very little. Jesus said of John the Baptist that he was among the very greatest of men, and he was one sent. We to are one sent into the world to tell them to prepare to meet the Christ. Each time I pick up a penny, I want to be reminded that I am one sent for a purpose. We had a good day, and hope you all have yourselves a good Sunday Mornin'

Glad you had a pretty drive and a nice family reunion. Thanks for the reminder of a penny being one cent, and that all of us are "one sent" for a reason. That is a good one. Looks like beautiful weather ahead for the next several days, so everyone enjoy it.
