Was a little windy yesterday. This shelter was clean the night before. I've never had to clean it before this year. When it warms up a bit it will get its second cleaning. Start calving at the end ot the month, don't think all the snow will go away by then.

Temp is 6 Below-on its way to 15-20 Below... Wind Chill of 25 Below right now....Been checking heifers and the cows that are springing that we corraled today- about every 2 hours- but so far they're keeping their legs crossed...
My sons going to take over for me at 1 AM and babysit them for awhile so I can get my beauty sleep...
Forecast is still for 30 ABOVE on Thurs- and 40's on Friday.....I might have to treat myself to a trip to the waterhole if that happens.... :wink:

Glad to hear you're OK Mairi. Don't worry about the truck, material things are replaceable.
