1. Canada processes downer and the US doesn't hint the positive cow was being delivered to a SLAUGHTER plant.
2. The US annually test 150,000 more head than Canada, Hint the US doesn't even test the same precentage let alone 150,000 head more ANNUALLY

5. Don't worry we have had these firewalls in place for years, the only country prior to having a case of BSE to have these firewalls in place for so many years. And we did it to make sure if a case was ever found it was a non-issue. Hint Canada implimented the same safeguards as the US did at the same time as the US. But Canada improved theirs years ago unlike the US.
6. NO R-CALF members own Canadian cattle, hint Leo defenced R-CALF supporters right to own Canadian cattle saying I see nothing ironic about them owning Canadian cattle they have been doing it for years.
7. All beef coming from a country known to have BSE is tainted and unsafe for human consumption. Hint the US has BSE but it is a non issue to the US citizens because of the firewalls that the US has had in place.
8. We can not import Canadian cattle as they put our cattle herd at risk Hint the US has BSE and if the fire walls the US has in place to protect from the US BSE from spreading actually work then there in no more risk from Canadian cattle.
9. The US has the Safest beef in the World, Hint R-CALF claims the USDA and Packers don't care about food safety
10. M"COOL" is a good bill as written, Hint M"COOL" has no way of guaranteeing the label because R-CALF brags they got M"ID" taken out of the bill as written.

1. Why Oldtimer is it OK for other States in the US to restrict movement of US cattle into their state but an independent country like Canada can't?
2.Is Anna and Blue not contagious and a threat to herd health?
3. Aren't US cattle allowed into Canada with a test to prove they are free of the diseases?
4. Is not all Beef leaving Canada marked with a label stating PRODUCT OF CANADA?
5. Where does it lose that Label Oldtimer?
6. Isn't the US also crying to Japan to be given another chance?
7. What have you done to deserve it?
8. Have you strengthen your firewalls that R-CALF claims will protect you on one hand but claim are the reason you can't afford to import on the other hand?
9. Have you tested the correct cattle which are ON farm dead and dieing not slaughter cattle?
10. Have you used the right test to confirm test results, or are you still testing to find the test result you want and then throwing out the positive test result?
11. Do you really have the safest beef in the world or is R-CALF just telling everyone that? remember Oldtimer R-CALF also claims those in charge don't care about the consumers safety.
12. And if our one thirty one month old cow, that Canada reportedly found, was not caught by the USDA inspectors at the US Border and US slaughter plant how many other US 31 month animals are not being caught and will be shipped as UTM beef to export markets?
Why should anyone trust your beef is the safest beef in the World when you have a Beef organization in court trying to prove all beef coming from a country with BSE is a GENUINE RISK OF DEATH Oldtimer. Why should Japan and the rest of the Asian markets give you a second and third and fourth chance. If you are the hangin judge why isn't LEO and Bill hanging from the tallest tree in Glasgow?
