NR, some of you Canadians have learned well form SH on how to 'spin'. jigs said "support" and "respect", NOT "trust"!!! Then you talk about "respect for the truth", but seem to have no problem letting your product be misrepresented as USA beef in your almost only export market. I'm sure Randy will have 'Product of Canada' on his product in the USA market place, but his problem will be that Canadian producers like you will cut him off at the knees as soon as Cargill and/or Tyson offers $1.00/head more. The multinationals have displaced USA producers with Canadian beef and, as soon as they are able, they will displace Canadian producers with Brazilian beef.
R-CALF is asking to have the Maple Leaf put on Canadian beef sold here...my point is, why aren't you Canadians asking to have the Maple Leaf put on YOUR product so it can be sold here honestly?
Why don't you try the two USA companies in Canada you sell your beef to.
Over 80% of Canadian beef goes through Tyson and Cargill...just taking the odds. Still the silence is deafening!

The fact that you have to tell us how much twine you use makes you a blow-hard. Kind of like your post where you had to brag about all the fancy equipment your Daddy buys for you to run. I am so impressed NOT!!!![/quote]SDSteve said:We went through four pallets of twine and several rolls of net wrap this summer, don't have a complete bale count yet. Not bad for a "two bit wannabe", you think?
Northern Rancher said:jigs you summed up it all perfectly-that is the attitide that baffles the rest of us. If you wouldn't trust the guy to be village dog catcher why would you as your presidant.
Northern Rancher said:Actually from what I've seen of Kansas his world probably is-talk about a time warp.

Cal and his family are absolutely among the most progressive, forward thinking producers in this 3 county area, BAR NONE!
They are true businessmen in every sense of the word. The amount of twine they have gone through is a testiment to their baler, not a brag as you would spin it. I doubt they concern themselves with how much twine others are using but you apparently do.
Their neighbors admire their work ethic and they have some of the finest quality cattle in the area.
You won't see Cal or his father at a blamer's convention crying in their beer about packer concentration and captive supplies, they are too busy moving forward to look backward.
Don't envy the successful businessman SD Steve, BE ONE!

You see I got to see a fair bit of the U.S. delivering those good 'CANADIAN' genetics to my American friends.
Hayseed: "Still working on support group numbers sh** ?"
Hayseed: "remember what I promised your packer loving ash...............slowly but surely."

I don't need a support group, I'm simply stating a fact.
Still quoting others huh?
Hayseed: "remember what I promised your packer loving ash...............slowly but surely."
Refresh my memory!
Don't tell me you are one of these pointed hat Neanderthal types that threatens to beat people up who expose your stupidity. LOL!
I assume you've been kept pretty busy over the years chasing people down huh?
