What is Canada plants doing that US plants are not?

USDA:"This inconclusive result does not mean we have found a new case of BSE. Inconclusive results are a normal component of most screening tests, which are designed to be extremely sensitive so they will detect any sample that could possibly be positive.

SH:I said I opposed the testing of cattle younger than 24 months of age WITH THE TESTS CREEKSTONE PLANNED TO USE which would not have revealed prions in cattle under 24 months of age regardless.

Same test. Different words.

And even with the Japanese not allowing untested beef, you support no private testing for companies to be able to ship meat to the orient under the guise that you have to save the Japanese from making a "big mistake" in thinking bse tested is bse free. Save the Japanese from themselves---don't allow testing---says SH.

Congratulations Conman!

Your first response to me was a lie. I never said I did not support private testing for companies to ship meat to the orient, I said I opposed the testing of cattle younger than 24 months of age WITH THE TESTS CREEKSTONE PLANNED TO USE which would not have revealed prions in cattle under 24 months of age regardless.

Typical of your lying, deceptive, slithering pathetic ways.

Second, Japan is now allowing UNTESTED beef so why would an idiot like you insist on acquiring the unnecessary costs of BSE testing if Japan is taking beef without testing??? What kind of idiotic business decision is that?

Third, where is your proof that the Japanese government would have EVER allowed BSE tested beef???

This is just another of your blind lame dogs that you turn out and wonder why they run in circles.

Conman: "You are real funny, SH."

To an idiot like you, I am sure I am quite funny. Most mentally challenged people are quite prone to laughing for no apparent reason.

~SH~

So your splitting hairs position kept the U.S. beef out of Japan. Good one, SH. Your position is about as competent as the USDA's position.

"Let us save the markets from themselves!!!!"---SH

Sandbag: "Thank you so much for your valuable insight, SH, presented in such a credible manner. However, if I want to know the AMI's position, I know where their website is."

Thank you for your empty critique, Sandbag, presented in your usual empty manner. However, if I want to know what the "flavor of the month" blame is, I'll just wait for a clone like you to copy it from R-CULT's website, or the LMA's website, or OCM's website since it's the same song under a different title.

This month's "flavor of the month" blame is the empty report on GIPSA. All foam and no beer, as usual.

Oh, the OIG report showed plenty of substance, SH. You would just rather drink away producer's complaints and actions against packers. Is there any wonder I call you a packer backer?

Conman: "So your splitting hairs position kept the U.S. beef out of Japan. Good one, SH."

Where the hell did you get that STATEMENT from anything I wrote? Creating "ILLUSIONS" again?

Is there anybody left that hasn't figured out what a complete idiot you are?

What's your drug of choice this week?

From your post of 7 minutes ago, SH:

"Your first response to me was a lie. What's your drug of choice this week?

Conman: "What's your drug of choice this week?"

Lipitor!

Have you ever had an original thought Conman?

What's the point that you think you have here? Dare I ask?

Japan is taking beef without testing making BSE testing to gain access to the Japanese market a moot point. If Japan was not taking our beef without testing and IF Creekstone had a BSE test that actually revealed BSE prions in cattle under 24 months of age IF THEY WERE PRESENT, I'd have no problem with BSE testing. Creekstone wanted to deceive and you deceivers would naturally support deception. That's what you do best.

Try coming up with an original, relevant thought for once. Quit being your normal lying, idiotic, blaming self Conman.

~SH~

Then:
SH:IF Creekstone had a BSE test that actually revealed BSE prions in cattle under 24 months of age IF THEY WERE PRESENT,

Now:
USDA:"This inconclusive result does not mean we have found a new case of BSE. Inconclusive results are a normal component of most screening tests, which are designed to be extremely sensitive so they will detect any sample that could possibly be positive.

Same test.

Tim H. ...R-calf buys($$$) full page adds in the New York Times which state that any and all beef coming from a country known to have BSE is tainted and unfit for human consumption.

The ad from the Washington Post...
Everyday U.S cattle producers bring youthe safest beef in the world.

Thank you, U.S. Senate, for keeping it that way.
Four Canadian born and raised cattle have
been identified with mad cow. Two since January.
Mad Cow is fatal in animals and linked to a fatal disease in humans. Yet, USDA bureaucrats are rushing to re-open the U.S. border to Canadian beef and cattle.

USDA's own Inspector General criticized the agency:
In response to industry pressure, USDA knowingly approved imports
of high-risk Canadian beef products in violation of its own ban.

U.S. Federal Judge Richard Cebull also criticized USDA:
"The USDA has evidenced a preconceived intention, based upon
inappropriate considerations, to rush to reopen the border
regardless of uncertainties in the agency's knowledge of the
possible impacts on human and animal health."

And, on March 3rd, the U.S. Senate said "NO" to USDA's plan.
Our high health and safety
standards are needed
to protect consumers, the
beef industry and U.S. jobs.

U.S. HOUSE: Support the resolution of disapproval
against USDA's weakening of U.S. import standards.
Paid for by the Ranchers Cattlemen Action Legal Fund United Stockgrowers of America.

Now Scott or Tim H. where in the ad does it say that any and all beef coming from a country known to have BSE is tainted and unfit for human consumption?
If Tim H.'s intention was not to mislead, then what in the heck was it? It damn sure was not true.

SH, "Japan is taking beef without testing"

From who? How much untested beef have they taken from the US the last few weeks? How much is projected for next month?

I have to admit, I called him back. Somethimes I miss "beating up" on Scott Hubris. I did expect a little more from the prairie chicken.

SH, why does the USDA have to protect Japanese consumers from a test that doesn't hurt anything that they want administered? Does Johanns think he needs to save the Japanese from themselves? Maybe he wants a national ID system that can age verify as a present for the packers. He sure wasn't spending any time on getting JoAnn Waterfield to do her job protecting producers.

SH, how much will it cost for the national ID system and age verification and sorting cattle out under 24 months? Will it be less than a $20 test? Are you proposing having cattle over thirty months not being tested and sold to American consumers just because you think you can get away with it?

Tommy: "Now Scott or Tim H. where in the ad does it say that any and all beef coming from a country known to have BSE is tainted and unfit for human consumption?"

Hahaha! You're as deceptive as the pathetic deceptive organization you support.

Four Canadian born and raised cattle have
been identified with mad cow. Two since January.
Mad Cow is fatal in animals and linked to a fatal disease in humans. Yet, USDA bureaucrats are rushing to re-open the U.S. border to Canadian beef and cattle.

WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK "LINKED TO A FATAL DISEASE IN HUMANS" SUGGESTS TOMMY????

In response to industry pressure, USDA knowingly approved imports of high-risk Canadian beef products in violation of its own ban.

WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK "HIGH RISK" MEANS TOMMY????

Does someone need to spell it out to you???

Who's being deceptive now?

Did you think the Washington Post add was to inform consumers about the safety of Canadian beef???

Go ahead Tommy, carry on defending your foolishness. Here, let me feed you some rope.............

If Tim H.'s intention was not to mislead, then what in the heck was it? It damn sure was not true.

Tim's reference to the article being in the New York Times was incorrect, his statement regarding R-CULT's BSE fear mongering to stop Canadian imports, because they didn't know any better, is right on.

Of course you didn't miss me Tommy! No blamer likes to be introduced to their own deceptiveness like you just were.

Sandbag: "From who? How much untested beef have they taken from the US the last few weeks? How much is projected for next month?"

DID JAPAN IMPORT UNTESTED BEEF FROM THE UNITED STATES SINCE BSE WAS DISCOVERED IN THE U.S.???

YES OR NO?????

Sandbag: "The USDA does not test UTM cattle?"

Think you have a point?

MAKE IT!

Mike: "Same prions."

Different level of detectability.

Another empty tree Mike!

NEXT!

Why can't you answer a simple question. You said they were taking untested beef.

SH avoiding a question for the fourth time this morning, "Think you have a point? MAKE IT!"

Answer the question, SH, or admit you don't know the answer.
