But didn't Warren Buffett say "but nobody ever got really rich taking a profit"?
Meaning you got to be "in it to win it"!

Hope the buyers make money but I'll take the money and run. Just two blks to bank and made it w/o being robbed.
Redrobin I am hoping one load will weigh 900# and the other 850# but I was looking at them tonight and they may not be quite that heavy. It is hot and humid right now and all they want to do is find a shade tree. Or wallow around in a water hole.redrobin said:What are they going to weigh black out? Almost limit up today. You're fixing to kill a bear. :lol:Black Out said:redrobin
Yes I still have them, two loads of steers are scheduled to be sold on July 14th at Bassett livestock in Bassett Ne. Hope I need bodyguards!

From todays point of view, your cattle were cheap. Any market predictions this year?Big Swede said:Sold the rest of my steers today. I would call the market steady even though the futures on feeders were up $2 today. My tailenders weighed 553# at $152.00. I remember when you prayed your biggest and best would bring that many dollars per head. My advice for what it's worth, SELL SELL SELL. The acreage battle is just around the corner. Corn could go even higher. Can cattle keep following? Maybe. Good luck.
