Now the weather bureau is talking we could again have flooding this spring on the Milk, Poplar, Missouri rivers and tributaries because of the deep snow pack along the border and up in Canada...
I sure wish I had the ability to send some of this good wet snow to you folks that are droughted out...

If I recall correctly, you all up there were in a drought for years and as a result, hired a Rainmaker. You've had good moisture since then, right? Sounds hokey

Ours was warmed by the sun yesterday and the wind drifted a nice cover on it turning to ice. The #1, 4 lane highway across Sask is closed.
