A neighborhood watch person is supposed to observe and report not confront and escalate.

Zimmerman is just another nobody geek that couldn't get laid in a whorehouse. He thought carrying a gun around would make him a big man. With all the talk of racially profiling, I'd still like to know if Zimmerman even knew the kid was black.

Witnesses have said it was too dark to see who was on top, during the scuffle, so how did Zimmerman determine that Trayvon was black if he was behind him and Trayvon had his hoodie pulled up over his head and was travelling away from Zimmerman's vehicle?

What's your point? That argument is completely random nonsensical. Trayvon was walking home to watch the NBA and give his younger brother some skittles. He wan't chanting "death to Zimmerman." If he hadn't harassed Trayvon, none of this would have happened. The blame lies on Zimmerman and Zimmerman alone. If anyone acted in self-defense, it was Trayvon.

So I see the fact that an eye witness testified to the fact that Zimmerman was attacked while walking back to his vehicle still hasn't register in your brain. :roll: It was not Trayvon yelling for help it was according to the eye witness, Zimmerman calling out.

If reports can be believed Trayvon's own dad said it wasn't his son's voice being heard calling out on the 911 tapes.

According to Police reports ZIMMERMAN was the one with a broken nose, bloodied head and grass on his back who's do you think was laying on his back having his head smashed into the ground and who do you think the guy on the top carrying out the brutal assault was?

According to the released 911 tapes Zimmerman was asked by the operator if he was FOLLOWING the suspect and Zimmerman said yes. The operator then said they didn't need him to FOLLOW him and Zimmerman's response was OK

Can you please provide a link to where it says Zimmerman caught up to Trayvon that was running from him and confronted him in anyway? As from everything I have read and heard Zimmerman had stopped following him and was on his way back to his vehicle when Trayvon confronted him and beat him.

The point is that Zimmerman is in the wrong. He is WRONG. Trayvon did not deserve to die regardless of his past. If in your mind he deserved to die for drug use, than so does Rush Limbaugh.

Zimmerman took a risk and was worried for his life as a result of the risk he took. Did he give up his rightt to protect himself when he took that risk? Did he deserve to die at the hands of Trayvon?

That has nothing to do with this case. If you can't see the obvious, that's your problem, me, I side with truth. The truth is that Zimmerman is guilty of murder. Even with the "Stand your Ground" law. He's still guilty of murder.
