Yeah redden got worked pretty hard, But nobody went with Neil and where was Macgratton. Dress him and see how it changes the game. they do have a spot open with injuries. If the sens actually play more defensively and get on the body they can make it a lot harder on the pens. you can really see how much they miss mike fisher. Big George has really helped the pens, people don't run sid since he came over from the yotes. Mario must still be thanking wayne for that. Boogart could take a lesson when George came up his skating skilles were not near as good as now. His power skating coach in Edm really helped and you can see his skating skilles are good enough to be in the league. Maybe Big BO should get a skating coach you can see he isn't as solid on his pins as he needs to be. Running at guys and missing may make the crowd cheer but unless he starts making the hits the only person that will hurt is Bo. Kipper won the game :???: The flames D did pretty darn well granted they made a few mistakes but they were supposed to get torched by the all mighty sharks and it went the other way campbell found out why Iggy is a called a power forward.

There's been ample opportunity to step up to the plate for everybody on that roster. I really think they should of signed Shanahan when he was available. It's a team that is used to losing-they need somebody whose won to step in.

Well NR the sens didn't have cap room in addition there are not many true leaders that will take a team on their back , that is why i like Iggy if he isn't scoring, he's hitting or trying to set someone else up for a goal or dropping the gloves. They tried to get Gary Roberts last year but i do agree they need a leader just as the leafs do. Not too many come up very often. I think Heatly could do it but i do not think that dressing room is very good right now emery is part of that we will see what happens the next game.

Emery, Spezza, Redden and Alfredson would all be tradeable in my books oif they get bounced in the first round. You might as well get some young talent as spit the bit with with a bunch of underachievers. It's amazing how even at the level I coach the grinders outscore the scorers in tough playoff series.

:lol:Flames won last night i remember someone saying Flames can't win without Kipper :roll: Sarich's Hit was a good clean hit a beautiful thing. Yeah they came out tight being at home got down 3 then showed what type of team they really are. And again shut down Thorton, (cut off the head and the body dies) but the flames D isn't that good 
. The series has shifted all you had to do is see the sharks leaving to the dressing room they know the flames want it more simple. I want to see who plays next game from what i saw lombardi from the flames got hurt but kept playing (a lower body injury ) . And for the sharks Cheechoo lower body injury, Marleau Upperbody injury. I'll take that trade in injuries. Oh well we will see how much heart the fishes have. It will be my first chance to see the Avs /Wild series i hope it is as good as flames /sharks last night.

I almost turned it off after the first 3 goals in 3 and a half minutes, I am glad I did not. sitting the kipster and the big hit won em the game. Hats off to the pilot lights for hitting hard and not getting deflated. It is turning out to be alot better series than I thought it would be.

Shawnthe Avs lost to the wild. Oh well after hearing about what a good game this was going to be it was a lame duck. At least the flames/sharks will be on tommorow. Shawn - Gaborik will have a big game when he can get away from Foote until then it will not happen in tonights game he actually let the puck go and let Foote have the puck because he didn't want to get hit. No wonder the wild have so many tough guys they need them but the problem is a guy like old Foote can't be scared by the likes of your tough guys. Then what do you do?

There was a defining moment in the Ottawa/Pittsburgh team that told me everything I need to know. The Senators captain breaks his stick and has to take a timeout to tape a new one. I'd love to see the flames against the wings. But now it is a best of 3 the flames let one slip away. The wild are in the same boat best of 3, but they got schooled by the avs. The chippy crap at the end of the game was NOT needed just hit and don't give cheap shots. Just the chippy stuff on the lowlights from the end of the game is what i saw i don't know how much went on but there is no need for it at all. The avs are winning by 3 goals why scrap.
