Right around freezing temp today. Supposed to cool off for a few days. No snow on the ground, sure hoping to get some but there is nothing in the 2 week forecast other than possibly 1/2" tonight.

4" of wet snow yesterday. The trees still have green leaves on them, very heavy branches. Knocked what we could off, still lost a couple branches. Just turned the cows back out so hope it goes off before it freezes hard (next week).

45 here this morning. Snow settled during the night. Supposed to get to 51 today so maybe the snow will leave. Little snow predicted for tonight. I see eastern WY and SE MT has high wind warnings.

lost part of a machine shed a couple years ago, clean that part. Wind gust just took out the rest.

Windy as heck here too. Snowstorm coming in starting on Tuesday night. Could get over 4" of snow. At least the wind is blowing more leaves off the trees.

-1. Friend in SE Montana sent me a photo of his thermometer. -14 and they got 8" of snow!!!
I think we got 3" and that's enough. I am thinking this might not go away before spring.

It's giving rain here tomorrow. Didn't need a coat when feeding up this morning. Weirdly mild for mid November where I am!

It was 18 this morning. Now at about noon it has warmed up to 30. We had an inch of snow on Wednesday. Most of it is gone down here in the valley.

I wish ours was gone. I'm afraid we might wear this for quite awhile.

The wife says snow in February isn't bad because it will leave soon. Snow in October or November is bad because you know it is sticking around until spring.

We generally get a January thaw here in WY. Not so much in SE Montana. They got 8" out of this last snow storm and they are thinking it will be there til spring. They sure weren't planning on having to start feeding hay this soon. Gosh, they just had a bad storm in May!! But it made their hay and grass.
