Sorry to hear that,were there any discerning marks on the dogs? Its gotten so utterly rediculus that we brand any dogs we intend on keeping around,and have still had them stolen...Might want to check any "drivers" that delivered loads that night,or anytime soon,youre so close to san antone and...

The only prob ive had with judiths method,is when one just sits down and u have to cut something so theyll stand and breathe again...imho,not worth it,i just spent the 10 bucks and 5 minutes on the ring,and once they realize it gives a little they'll stand...its mostly mental from what ive heard...

Unfortunately,all ive been doin lately is starting horses(id rather be on somethin educated workin cattle),right now i have 18,yes 18 head of 2 to 5 year olds,and in my opinion,it all depends on the colt,and the riders skill...If you arent a bronc hand,and the colt is wild,yeah get him...

I run mine through the gullet hole too,it just feels good when you pull somethin.Believe it or not,it will keep a horse from boggin his head all the way too,which ive found make a slightly longer,but less hard hitting buck out. :D I tried roping without a breast collar (on accident i misplaced...

It might be a little more help to these folks if you let them know in detail what you can do,and what you want to do.I.E.,are you looking to start colts and apprentice under a trainer,work cattle horseback,or what?I know of one local ranch in Schulenberg,tx,looking for someone to break colts for...
