NIce picture-cows look really good! Do you get quite a few sets of twins in your fall calving cows? Seem like we usually do for some reason. And in the spring calving cows some yrs we have several sets of twins and others yrs. not many. Our fall calvers will start around Oct. 1. Like to wait til...

Had a spring calf this past spring that got blinded by blowing sand and dirt. He was walking in circles and totally blind acting when noticed him. Caught him 3 times in ten days and gave hi dose of LA200 and sprayed "Gentocin" in his eyes. Today he can see ok and is on grass with mother and...

Again-some awesome pictures-thanks for sharing! Around here we all rely on damns and a few springs for pasture water and the damns are really getting lo and drying up in lots of places. We aren't really not set up and no way could haul water to every place-so lots of cattle moving for this...

Yep! Must have heard the same program you did-Katrina with Trent Luse. So I did like Carries music,but not any more.

Ended the day with .80 of rain-nice! We raised those calves,weaned them,and took to grow yard June 1-usually leave them on the cow til about now,but cows were in need of a break and things were looking dry last spring so did not have the grass. Glad we took that route-they are doing good and...
